Pangangan Elementary Water System

Working on Rizal Day, Solarsolutions, SolarSolutions Inc. and Bangon Bohol in partnership with MicroSourcing and the Pangangan Elementary School Teachers installed a solar powered water station for the make shift elementary school. The buildings of the Pangangan Elementary School has been destroyed by the earthquake of magnitude 7.8. After the earthquake, there were sinkholes that make the school area unstable. The drinking water system is solar powered which makes the water safe for drinking by school children and the community. The system can also charge cellphones and flashlights and power electric fans for the classrooms.
