Simbahang Lingkod ng Bayan and SolarSolutions Inc. installed a community solar charging station at St. Bartolomew Parish, Catbalogan, Samar. After Yolanda, there is no electricity supply in the city and it costs 20-30 pesos for charging a cellphone.
The poor can now get it for free and communicate with their love ones
